The customer wanted Congruent to modernize their SharePoint 2010 based intranet portal to increase the traffic to their portal. Congruent delivered an enhanced portal with branding in line with their website’s branding.


Customer Situation

  • The customer had set up a SharePoint Standard 2010 based Intranet portal
  • Portal was intended to be the primary channel of communication for 450+ employees
  • However, the basic Out Of The Box (OOTB) branding made the site less popular and the site merely served as Document Management System

Congruent's Solution

  • Congruent proposed a couple of branding options in line with customer’s website branding
  • Setup a custom home page with key informatory sections as part of the page
  • Configured the Document Center with workflow for demonstration
