The customer had been using Office 365 based SharePoint Online for the Intranet portal

  • Portal was basic in nature in addressing users’ immediate Document Management needs
  • However, the portal was not used effectively to let users’ communicate and collaborate

  • Congruent proposed a couple of branding options in line with NJPA’s website branding
  • Setup a custom home page with key informatory sections as part of the page
  • Designed Department-specific homepage with relevant content in home page and navigation scheme for inner pages
  • Configured libraries with Content types and metadata for effective Search setup
  • Setup Governance policies and guidelines for files, folders, and access permissions
  • Designing integration with both On-Prem and Cloud applications
