Congruent implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM to a 50-year old private non-profit agency which serves children and adults with disabilities. The customer required an enterprise level scalable application to store their business data and track employment service and specific contracts of their business. We implemented Dynamics CRM as an enterprise level application system/application to not only manage their business contacts but also to capture the services provided for a client through an automated process using JSON Rest endpoints, JQuery & custom Plug-ins.
The customer is a state government regularity commission for utility and transportation services based in Washington, selected Congruent as its partner to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Their business data was stored across multiple disparate systems and they required an integrated business transactions/process between the departments. Congruent implemented Dynamics CRM as the centralized application to handle the complete data & processes under a single system and developed an automated document serving process by extending Microsoft CRM through a custom add-in.
Congruent implemented constituent relationship management solutions on Dynamics CRM to maintain high profile constituent information and also to track donations & grants for a nonprofit organization. The customer had a legacy application which could track donations, pledges & grants but lacked scalability and security, also it could not be integrated with other financial and document management systems. Our team implemented Dynamics CRM and migrated large volumes of data with better security processes. Using Scribe and SharePoint, We integrated CRM with other financial and document management systems. While integrating mobile app & custom application built on dot net, we helped the customer to track event registrations and participation.
The customer is in service & accessories sales business with specializations on computer motherboard reworks exclusively. They had difficulties in managing huge data of Customer, Service, Products, and Inventory and they required to automate sales & service processes to improve customer service. Congruent created various modules for data mapping, data migration, integration of CRM with other databases to manage the huge pile of data.
