Customer Experience

  • Customer had an old legacy system with high profile constituents & organizations details. The Old System was able to track donations, pledges and grants but lacked features like scalability and strong security
    • Congruent implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM and migrated large volume of data from legacy system into CRM for maintaining & tracking high profile contacts and organizations with strong security policies
    • Congruent also integrated CRM with Serenic Navigator (non-profit financial system) to track donations, pledges and grants.
  • Customer’s Old Legacy system could not be integrated with the financial and document management systems hence it required manual operations
