  • A website was designed and incorporated with their existing site for online appointment
  • Designed Tour planner module in platform for the sales team to engage the doctors effectively
  • Altered standard SFDC look and feel by using bootstrap and jQuery. This application helped the users to access in their mobile devices too
  • Developed web services in platform to integrate SFDC with their existing Hospital Management System (HMS)
  • Designed approval processes, workflow rules and custom reports using sales force’s point and click function
