Job Description
- Manage the Operations in US Day shift (Coverage to vary between Eastern time and Pacific time)
- Responsible for Shift roster and Ticket management
- Plan for Monthly and Quarterly releases
- Responsible for environment uptime, stability and patch updates
- Ability to troubleshoot complex problems
- Prepare and report weekly, monthly and quarterly updates to Client
- Be a team player working along with the team and share responsibilities
Skills Required
Technical Support, Business Continuity Management, Risk Management, PowerShell scripting, SQL Server – 2014/2017 involving in SQL Scripts, Stored Procedures and DB Performance, AWS (S3, RDS, CloudWatch).
