Job description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing Service Requests, Incidents, and Problems through a ticket System
- Insure day to day operations of IT infrastructure
- Answering Inbound Service Calls as necessary
- Advanced troubleshooting and administration of Windows based applications, Operating Systems (Desktop and Server) and Server Roles (AD DS, DHCP, DNS, DFS, Print Server, File Server, etc.)
- Administration and troubleshooting of Citrix servers
- Administration and troubleshooting of VMWare
- Administration and troubleshooting of database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server) /software
- Monitor logs and troubleshoot based on log reviews (DB logs, OS logs, Application logs)
- Preventive maintenance and support of applications/systems
Desired Qualifications/Experience:
- Advanced networking familiarity
- Citrix Certifications
- VMWare Certifications
- Administrator/Engineer level Microsoft Certifications
- Bachelors in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years providing technical support
- Advanced experience in the following is helpful:

- Windows 8 and above
- Microsoft Server 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange Server
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Microsoft SQL
- Oracle
- VMWare and other hypervisors
- Citrix
- 1+ Experience in atleast one cloud based environment (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) like AWS, Azure, Salesforce etc.
