Microsoft .NET Developer

Location: Chennai

Responsibilities

  • Substantially contribute to the development efforts for a product through the entire software development lifecycle - including architecture, development and QA.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the project schedule based on individual as well as project team availability.
  • Actively manage project scope to keep project on schedule.
  • Exercise judgment within generally defined best practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for providing solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and sustain product through lifecycle.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Self-motivated, able to work with little supervision.
  • Strong drive for quality along with excellent written and verbal communication skills is required.
  • Minimum 8+ years work experience in web based solutions, with demonstrate competency in HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Minimum 8+ years work experience in the .NET platform, with demonstrate competency in C#, MVC5, WebAPI, SQL Server, and TFS.
  • Experience working with Angular is a plus.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure websites a plus.
  • Experience working with customer facing APIs and SDKs a plus.
  • Demonstrate ability to diagnose and solve problems with complex systems.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage timelines and scope to ensure timely project completion.
  • Familiarity with Agile development practice helpful, but not required.
  • BS CS or equivalent experience.
