Job Description

Part of Application Development, Administration, Operations, Database and Network Engineers

  • Operate the Managed Service platform and collaborate with customers' needs for their infrastructure and application deployments.
  • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure deployments, recreate customer issues, and build proof of concept environments that abide by cloud-best-practices.
  • Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to our customers' individual needs.
  • Work on critical, highly complex customer problems that will span different services (from Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Identify and drive improvements to process and technical related issues. Act as an escalation point and/or mentor to those your junior.
  • Drive customer communication during critical events.

Skills Required

Systems Administration, Engineering or Operations,configuring, managing or troubleshooting systems of scale (cloud, virtualization, distributed networks, colocation),Linux and/or Windows Operating Systems skills, Networking (e.g. Deploying and troubleshooting LAN, VPN, Firewalls, etc.),AWS/Azure experience with production workloads,service-oriented architecture and web services,network security, application security, security protocols, cryptography, etc...,Configuration Management Software (Chef and/or Ansible),Scripting and / or programming experience with at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Python, Bash),IAM, Active Directory and ADFS,DevOps team, supporting CI/CD workloads,Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent work experience Preferred Qualifications
