Pure Offshore Model

In this model, all or most phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) typically happen in the offshore, and a customer representative at onsite acts as the Product Owner.

Hybrid Model (Onsite-Offshore)

In the Hybrid model, typically requirements gathering and implementation occurs onsite and the design, development and testing occurs offshore. An experienced Congruent consultant will be placed in the customer site and will co-ordinate with the offshore team on behalf of the customer. This model is suitable for environments where just-enough requirements are conceived as and when the project is being executed.

Virtual Development Team

A dedicated team of professionals are deployed for the customer usually on a long term basis. The team virtually becomes the extended development team of the customer. The model may or may not have onsite resources. The customer is ensured of a fixed team that gathers much knowledge on the customer's business processes which results efficient and effective deliveries.
