- Based on the requirement, Congruent proposed Sales Cloud to meet core CRM requirements. Other business specific use cases were fulfilled by custom development in Force.com platform
- A force.com website was designed and incorporated with their existing site for online appointment
- Designed Tour planner module in Force.com platform for the sales team to engage the doctors effectively
- Altered standard SFDC look and feel by using bootstrap and jQuery. This application helped the users to access in their mobile devices too
- Developed web services in Force.com platform to integrate SFDC with their existing Hospital Management System (HMS)
- Designed approval processes, workflow rules and custom reports using sales force’s point and click function
