  • Congruent recommended Salesforce as it clearly fitted in their major requirements, opted to use app cloud for few standard objects and implemented rest by using custom objects and VFP/Apex coding.
  • Used Community manager to create customer community for different user account to maintain their specific job requisition, candidates and their timesheet/expenses.
  • Created approval process, automatic e-mail notification thru workflow rules.
  • Apart from standard reports related to standard objects, created simple custom reports using point and click and designed developed reports which involved more objects using apex and VisualForce. Applied bootstrap and JQuery to enrich the UI
