Responsibilities:
This is a fast paced engineering team with a shipping culture that is developing
services to provide seamless experience via integrating the platform and workload
from across the company (Windows Live, Exchange, OCS, SPS, Geneva, etc.). We are
looking for a passionate, smart, motivated and experienced software developer, with
great design, development and problem solving skills, and ready to meet the highest
standard of engineering excellence. You will enjoy working in a team of developers
as part of a fast paced, highly collaborative engineering group, with a tight and
cohesive partnership across all disciplines. The ideal candidate should have a passion
for quality, great understanding of building hosted service software and web applications,
and have experience shipping world class services.
Requirements:

Responsibilities:
The client is looking for a hands-on Support Analyst who has an appreciation for
meeting business needs through technology. This is an exciting position that will
play a key role in building and maintaining the systems for invoicing, forecasting
and budgeting processes for the global outsourced call center business.
Here's what you'll do...
Develop strong relationships with business partners and a deep understanding of
business processes and needs. Act as a strong customer advocate and trusted IT advisor
to the business when responding to support requests.
Be a Subject Matter Expert on the MGO invoicing applications, database and reporting.
Participate in the on-going development and maintenance of the current systems.
Ensure all development activities are in accordance with stringent internal privacy, security and accessibility requirements.
Ensure high quality code is developed and reused where possible.
Respond to Production Support issues with troubleshooting and analysis.
Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot data issues.
Support business requests for ad hoc data.
Responsible for monthly reporting production with a strict attention to detail
Requirements:
- 5-6 years demonstrated work experience in IT or Finance and data analysis.
- Intermediate skills in T-SQL, SQL Server 2008
- Intermediate skills in SSIS
- Intermediate/advanced Excel pivot tables
- Intermediate skill in C , .Net Technologies, WPF, WCF, Web Services
- Understands IT processes and /or database systems.
- Demonstrated experience with the implementation of complex relational database designs.
- Strong problem resolution, judgment, negotiating/prioritization and decision making
skills.
- Excellent written/verbal communication with the ability to articulate complex processes
to a non-technical audience.
- Strong analytical thinker with problem solving skills and an eye for detail.
- Team player who can effectively work with multiple workgroups.
- Task oriented and self motivated with a dedicated work ethic.
