Founder Mani Krishnamurthy launched Congruent in 1994 as an IT services and contingent staffing company. Before launching Congruent, Mani was a technology consultant in the UK, Australia and California, with several Fortune 500 companies, including Apple, IBM and Starbucks Coffee.

After obtaining his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Madras University in India, Mani entered the technology industry in 1983.  He has been involved in offshore software development and project management since 1985. Having spent his career as a programmer and offshore custom business application development consultant, Mani gained a deep understanding of the business processes of several key industry verticals including manufacturing, distribution and core financial. Since launching Congruent, Mani has focused the company's approach on finding the best technical, fiscally responsible solution possible.

As the Director of Operations, Amanda oversees all aspects of operations for Congruent. Prior to this role she was the Director of Marketing which included defining product and service strategies, taking the messages to the market through corporate communications, events and telemarketing, and aligning these with the company's corporate goals.

Amanda brings with her over 10 years of marketing and operations experience within the food and beverage industry as well as other Microsoft Channel Partner organizations.
