This Hands-on Lean workshop is thought-provoking and fun while driving home the concepts, tools and approach to identify and eliminate waste and improve sustainability in your operations.

Track 2: Lean Office

Time:   12:30 – 2:30 PM

Who Should Attend: CEO’s, CFO’s, IT Managers, Purchasing, Sales, Accounting, HR, Administration

We will provide training and discuss best practices to identify and eliminate waste in your information systems, office and administrative functions.  Participants will learn to streamline administrative functions and move their company along on the road of lean and green to eliminate waste and create sustainable business practices.

Breakfast and lunch are included in registration fees.  Breakfast will be hosted from 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM.  Lunch will be hosted from 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
