Dynamics Customer Account Executive - Outside Sales
The Customer Account Executive (CAE) role is responsible for managing all aspects of the sales process to acquire new customers. Congruent utilizes a well-defined sales process that the CAE leads in order to provide the best solution for a prospective customer.
Position Requirements:
Sell solutions (software & professional services) to prospective (new) clients
Initiate phone contact with suspects to generate leads
Attend industry specific networking events on a regular basis
Identify potential solutions and present options to prospects
Handle prospect objections and negotiations
Build proposals and develop measurable return-on-investment scenarios as proof to win business.
Understand and manage all participants in the Congruent & Microsoft sales process (e.g., customer, partner, and internal employees), knowing when to bring in the correct resource for assistance.
Manage sales pipeline from first contact through closure while maintaining regular updates in CRM system.
Develop a thorough understanding of our competitive landscape (both other partners and other software solutions).
Candidate Requirements:

Strong problem-solving skills to align our resources with a customer’s needs
Good listening skills to diagnose business problems
Familiarity with Microsoft applications
Bachelor's degree or higher
Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred:
3-5 years selling Dynamics related products (GP,SL, AX, NAV, CRM)
Understanding of ERP and / or CRM market
Completion of the Microsoft Solution Selling course
Experience with sales in the software industry
Knowledge of Microsoft business solutions (Dynamics) offerings
Previous participation in Microsoft’s CAE program
Travel Requirements: Less than 20%

Microsoft Dynamics Consultant
Microsoft Partner seeks Sr. and Professional Level Dynamics NAV, GP, or SL Consultants. This professional-level position is responsible for overseeing all client training and implementation for assigned projects.
The Dynamics Consultant functions as part of a team in planning and decision-making regarding ongoing Dynamics methodology and client procedures. He/she will participate in the development of the project plan and work with the Project Lead to coordinate and monitor progress of the project plan elements. He/she will be responsible for preparing training materials and executing assigned segments of projects, adhering to a high standard of professionalism and proficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration plus five years or accounting experience or demonstrated comparable knowledge and experience.
Two years of teaching experience and demonstrated skill in assessing training needs of individuals and the aptitude for understanding individual learning styles and adapting accordingly.
A solid understanding of computer operating systems and automated accounting software. Microsoft Dynamics NAV, GP or SL experience required. Microsoft Dynamics NAV certification a plus and may be required within six months of employment.
Good communication skills.
Valid driver’s license, personal transportation and vehicle liability insurance.
